Our open circle will explore where you are at in the present with the light and shadows of preconception, pregnancy and motherhood.

This is for women in general and mothers in all stages of motherhood. Preconception, pregnancy, and mothering. Babies in arms/crawling are welcome.

Women’s circles are a safe and welcoming space where you sit in a circle on cushions and are guided by an experienced facilitator with talking prompts, short meditation, journaling and other activities to explore and share on the day. Morning Tea and drinks provided.
