Experience a relaxing massage that is designed for pregnancy to ensure you are met at every trimester including your first, second and third. Massage is a wonderful way to connect to your body and your baby, and to prepare for birth. As you journey along the ten moons (9 months) of your pregnancy, the massages are curated to meet you and baby. Whether you are experiencing fatigue, sore hips, pelvic girdle pain, tense lower back, shoulders and neck, or fluid retention (oedema) in your legs, arms, and face, these common experiences and more may be supported in this session. Closer to your due date we may work on acupressure point areas to stimulate what is known to be related to labour trigger areas, normally avoided during most of pregnancy. The foot soak with herbs from the garden provided pre treatment is a moment to land and pause before receiving your whole body massage.
