The Nerve and Energy Tonic

You have hit a wall in your morning or afternoon and you are wanting a little energy boost. But your body dropped in energy real quick and is getting overstimulated so easily. Finding something to make feels impossible and you just need an easy solution.

I’ve got a recipe for you to try!

Ingredients

250ml Coconut Water

1 tsp Foraged For You: Mother’s Blend

Method

  1. In a 250ml or larger jar add coconut water and Foraged For You: Mother’s Blend. TIP: Alternatively use a blender.

  2. Shake it until emulsified.

  3. Serve and enjoy as is or over ice!

GF friendly.

This is not vegetarian/vegan friendly but I will share one next time soon.

Side note: If you are newly postpartum avoid ice as it may create too much coolness for your body as it needs to stay warm for recovery and healing, and potentially making digestion slow.
